I was very apprehensive at first. The phone works like new. Make sure to update to the latest version of android. Great doing business with om-wireless.

Face recognition works pretty fast for sure and is nice to be able to unlock your phone like that. My one and only gripe.

X optical zoom is nice, the pen is worthless, the screen is fine. Dream phone is a nightmare. Samsung is on the wrong path with this phone.

The replaceable batteries were dropped. The headphone jack was dropped. Refund process was not honored. Samsung needs to reconsider!
