The secret to keeping these blankets from matting is to make sure they are fully dried. The blanket washes up well and comes out of the dryer just as fluff as it was. The other big plus is that it is machine washable.

The blanket is well made and made of a high percentage of recycled materials. The weight of the blanket is 400 gsm, which is higher than several of my other throws that are also made of polyester.

The only problem is the occasional snag. My fur baby likes it too.

This one is thinner and more lightweight than my pendleton one. Only reason i gave it a 4 is it just covers the top of our king bed with an inch or so overhang on each side. Lightweight but warm.

This blanket is beautiful and provides the right amount of warmth in the summer. Maintains temperature needs. Never too hot or cold. I like layers of blankets when i sleep so this is perfect.
