This is completely unacceptable. They know how horrible their software is and how intrusive that is. Please don't buy from this seller. Be careful when ordering. Follow-up 10 times to get my money refunded and still only got partial refund.

First thing i see when i tried turn it on is a carrier logo. It's a refurbished phone and it shows.
