For reference, i have it mounted on an arm attached to a tv antenna mast at about 20 feet up, using 40 feet of rg-58u coax. Very easy to install. Attached to an extensional pool cleaning rod and bungeed to the tongue jack on a travel trailer.

Reception appears a tad weaker compared to a yogi style i have up as well, but only just slightly. Hooked this up to my midland mxt400 base unit and works great. The receive seems ok, but i can't test the transmit as i'm not yet licensed.

The customer service is superb. The fact that they were willing to try and make things right--and did--speaks volumes for them.

Waveform has taken the time to turn-key the home internet solutions. Their walk throughs make them incomparable. The support is with you as son as you receive it.

The box comes with all the instructions you need to locate the antenna and even aim it the most optimal direction. They provide step by step instructions via their website that the qr code takes you to.

If you want a really well made product, with user friendly install instructions, and phenomenal service…this is your company! Have installed and set up and show their speed improvements.

The only good thing in the package is the 4-connector cable. The antenna configuration is a disappointment. The customer service was unable to help.
