The paper is weak, crumbles in a * way when you wet it, and pills at the tiniest pressure from a brush. It disintegrates with little water and little brush work. Any active brushwork causes the paper to shed fibers.
This paper is more lumpy/pitted. It grabs the paint so fast there is no blending or softening, period.
