It was refurbished. Although it does everything it says it's so powerful that it kept blowing the fuses in my apartment. It blows hard but to hold it very heavy. The packaging work and not working.

This blow drier has a nice diffuser with it. The only ding vs my previous dryer is the cord could be maybe 1-2ft longer. Nothing overly special about this hairdryer.
