This sketchbook is perfect for sketching on the go. I like the etchr sketchbooks for more involved watercolor painting.

Size, portability, and sturdiness are good. No buckling at all.

Paint was * cotman i believe. The painting is in my himi gouache which i hadn't used in a while. Pen, pencil, watercolor, guache.

Three cheers to the makers of this water color paper, you make my life just beautiful. The spiral binding is especially well-designed. And its so convenient with the spiral booklet.

The spiral bound format is perfect for plein air. However, it is good for doodling and simple sketchbooking with watercolors.

The paper has the very slightest curl to it now, and i'm confident that can be pressed out by putting a heavy book on top of the notebook. Taping the page to the surface helps keep the paper from warping.

The sturdiness and size of the pages makes this perfect. Each page is perforated, and tears out cleanly but not easily.
