Long time tracfone user. Havent had it long enough to know. They're easily ignored though. This happens every week or so, but has happened a couple of times in a day on occasion.

Tracfone recognizes a new phone but has the wrong imei. The speaker phone volume is a joke and that is giving the word joke a bad name.

Tracfone is no help. Item defective. It is very undependable. Not worth the money and frustration. Piece of junk.

I keep my smartphones for as long as i can until they're either obsolete or get broken. The sellers phone quality is brand new mint condition. I recommend this phone and this seller is legit.

Motorola 5 g stylus is a great add on for those with large fingers. The fingerprint scanner on the side takes some time to get used to. The screen is bigger, and the stylus is so cute.

Newest model doesn't have expandable storage, so the tiny internal storage is all you get. Default comes with a lot of bloatware and unwanted apps. I keep resetting it, but this continues to happen.

Only had the phone for less than two weeks and already notice an extreme delay when tapping the screen. If you open text messages while on a website the website closes out. It takes forever to load even the keyboard or dial pad.
