Mackie hm-4 headphone amp is well worth the $40 that i paid for it. I think these people who say it's mono don't realize that you need to use a trs (tip, ring, sleeve) cable that sends a stereo signal.

Mackie is a very well-known brand for their top notch mixing boards. Its a beautifully designed product. I know that was a lot to stomach, but i wanted to make sure i covered all of the products.

Hm-4 is versatile, efficient, and always delivers top-notch performance. No overwhelming * or confusing knobs. Sleek and compact design. Adjustment is pretty straightforward, but the knobs do wobble-- that kinda is the only drawback.

Midranges are clear, especially with vocals. High frequencies are crisp but not harsh.
