L-theanine is the only brand of l-theanine that relieves my anxiety. It sedates the mind-talk and calms down feelings of anxiety. Helps me with my insomnia. The only downside is that the calming i feel from it doesn't last more than 2 hours.

This product does not disappoint. This product was recommended by my hormone doctor as part of my nighttime routine. Will continue using this brand. It's pricey but worth every penny.

This is nowhere close to being as effective as something like caffeine. Caffeine causes a stimulating effect, whereas this is supposed to cause a relaxation effect yet doesn't.

Pure encapsulations has not disappointed me. Pure is an excellent brand. This may not be everyone's experience, however it is mine, and i am gladly sharing it with anyone who may be wondering if different brands work differently.

No fillers and each capsule is full as is the case with everything made by pure encapsulations.
