L-theanine is the only brand of l-theanine that relieves my anxiety. It sedates the mind-talk and calms down feelings of anxiety. Helps me with my insomnia. The only downside is that the calming i feel from it doesn't last more than 2 hours.

This product does not disappoint. This product was recommended by my hormone doctor as part of my nighttime routine. Will continue using this brand. It's pricey but worth every penny.

This is nowhere close to being as effective as something like caffeine. Caffeine causes a stimulating effect, whereas this is supposed to cause a relaxation effect yet doesn't.

It seems expensive, but is sooo worth the price. Buying it in bulk grants the obvious versatility of making tea bags when on the go or strainers when home. It seems very economical without sacrificing quality in the least.
