It is tightly when you first get the package but once out of package it expands fully. Compré más relleno y lo rellené y quedo así, muy lindo y suave. He is not as full as i like, but my granddaughter is getting him for christmas.
All the fluff is in one spot and the head just flops. They need twice as much stuffing.
Under stuffed, but still holds shape well.
