My favorite change is the boka toothpaste. This toothpaste was recommended by a dental hygienist for my extreme tooth sensitivity. The boka brand mint toothpaste is my fav but wanted to try the others. It is gentle on tooth enamel.

I'm fairly certain all of my cavities have healed. I'm not sure if it's whiting my teeth, but still love the fact that i haven't had canker sore’s. Brush & spit but don't rinse all the way.

Nano-hydroxyapatite is synthetic for one, and 2 of such small size, that there is a risk of the small particles passing thru body barriers that otherwise would keep toothpaste from going. It’s just toothpaste.
