Companies replace the sls with a different surfactant. This does jack-all to improve the situation and it's imo pretty dishonest. The tubes look dirty and tattered. Went to er.

The formula is extremely thin in comparison to a brand of nano-hydroxyapatite like apagard. There is not enough of the active ingredient in boka toothpaste to likely be helpful.
