This is my first and last time buying refurbished.

The phone trade-in service is a total scam. The lack of * also means i can't fully switch my old phones info onto this. The only thing good is the pictures are better. Get an a series phone.

Replacement phone overheated after about 10mins after powering on. Battery dies too quickly. It shuts down at random times, tells me i can only make emergency calls often, and will regularly not send or receive texts.
