The t-fal pan is wider, shorter, and heavier than the equivalent capacity farberware pan and its handle is noticeably longer. This is a large saucepan that heats food well and cleans up easily.
The t-fal pot is a fabulous value, even if it isn't the sexiest cookware on the market. The tradeoff for this is that it looks great and is oven safe. It's still useable and i use if i need a second pot.
It's got a great shape -- not too deep, nor too shallow. The color is also much deeper than the product photos reveal. Exactly as pictured.
The handle is comfortable and it seems high-end - with solid rivet attachment to the pot. My only complaint is that the handle is way longer than it needs to be.
The thinness and malleability of the material gave me pause from day one. The bottom shows scorch marks from my gas stove.
This pot worked fine for about 5 uses, then it deve! Lasted just long enough to get past the warranty.
Heavy, shiny, and durable. Heat distributes evenly and is a welcomed addition to our kitchen. Zwilling has a better handle shape since it is concave.
My money was well spent on this darling little pot. It does buzz on induction, more as setting higher. This is the best sauce pan i have ever owned.
This pot after only 2 months is unusable as far as i'm concerned. I was deceived and paying the price.
