It is silent, so you can put it completely flat and do your things. The remote is easy to use. If you press a random button to get the lights to turn on, you have 2 seconds to hunt for the button you really need.

Everything comes in separate shipments. While the beds are heavy and it was a bit of a chore for us older folks getting them in the house. No scratches, dents or tears on the boxes.

The only downfall is no side rails do to the mattresses move. Mattress is very firm. It's perfect not too firm and not too plush.

Just the elimination of the snoring is worth the money. This bed blows it away.

The bed adjusts easily to just about any position i want. The adjustable base works great. It is nice to be able to adjust sleep settings with the memory feature.

They want like $600 in freight and restocking fees to return it and in original box. The plug is so short i have to now buy an extension cord.

There are other issues with an inconsistently running massager. The mattress is junk.

Easy installation and setup. Very friendly and through with the explanation as well as mentioning some tips and other features. We have some minor problems which some are specific to our configuration.

Heavy but easy to assemble. Comes pre assembled, so you just have to unfold it and screw the legs. My husband is pretty mechanically inclined and it took him several hours to hook all the electronic components etc.

The adjustable legs are a blessing. The motors are quieter than our old leggett and platt bases. The extra adjustment for the pillow is nice.

Memory a, memory b and zero g * are all reprogrammable. Light feature under bed is 4 led strips total. Remote is a flashlight too. Includes all the adjustments you could possibly need except no snore button.

I am 5'5 and have to scoot down till my feet come close to the bottom edge of the mattress in order for the lumbar support to fall where it should. The button design on the controller is not consistent and it's hard to tell what area they control. I h...  Read More
