This is a pretty sturdy product, i have zero doubts that it will stand up well over time. I really like that it is tall and not flat like most. In addition to flawless work, this thing stands out for its design!

I am really astounded the usb-c ports are a defect on this many. Flimsy as * and very stiff plug sockets. If the company ever fixes this, i hope they reply so i can consider them again.

I believe this defective outlet and overheating fried my phone. The 18 gauge wire makes this unsafe for any electrical loads a person would expect from a surge protector since it can only carry 10 amps.
