The light is waterproof and rechargeable. It charges pretty quickly with a usb charger. It is very handy to have rechargeable batteries.

Front led spotlight offers three selectable levels of brightness. Main lamp has 3 intensity settings as well as an emergency flash/sos mode.

After about 2 months -- nothing. Finally got some new batteries, and nope, still will not turn on at all. I know fireflies that create more light! This thing is a hot mess.
