It’s like black tar. It just stays in nastily clumps. I couldn’t get it off the spoon without a heavy-duty dish cloth and scrub brush.

These are not hard to * and are a smooth gel tab. No ruptured pills. When my gallbladder acts up i take 4 of these. They are very large, but go down pretty easily. If you take lecithin, these tablets are a fair price for a 400 tablet bottle.
