Sheet fastener keeps fitted bottom sheet on adjustable beds. Easy to install.

Tied a knot to the sides if it has too much slack, but even with that the sides are not holding so well. Also, it really caves in the corners of the mattress. Doesn't hold sheet as tight as expected.
