Wheel is perfect for supporting a heavy gate that has or will sag with time. Keeps the gate from sagging. Seems they fixed the problem with having to put a spacer so wheel would flip.
Very sturdy and built very well. Works great & so sturdy. The seller is very good to work with.
The cotter pin goes inside the bracket and you can fine tune the wheel height by spinning the spring. The spring really adjusts to variations in ground level.

There is no way these can support the stated max load without flattening. Out of the 24 one was doa but 23 are ok. Quality is questionable.
