The kit includes all screws, locking nuts required, as well as low cost assembly wrenches with which to tighten the bolts. The screws seem to be made of a soft metal combined with a small phillip's head.

The lever is extremely hard to press. The wheel brwcket and foot pedal is garbage. I'm thinking about upgrading to the 880 lbs rated wheels, but i'm hesitant because they may have the same "structural" defect.

The bolts for the kit are two short. Also, the mounting screws are made of cheap white metal that strip.

Do not use the template. That is wrong. Sending back. What a waste of time. Very disappointed in these.

If your floor is not perfectly flat the casters become unloaded when one rolls over a dip in the floor. The springs keep the lift arms from disengaging.

I feel like amazon is starting to get sloppy with this stuff. Not happy at all.
