The pills are all stuck together in a large clump. These are accompanied by itching and light burning. I imagine there is a reasonable explanation, but it's probably * incompetence rather than something more malicious.

Works great. Perfect for breastfeeding mothers. If you are a breastfeeding mama who gets clugged ducts these do the trick.
