This hinge is comparable to the highpoint side rail hinge at one third the price. It's the same size and it has a very nice polished brass finish.

As per instructions, the amount of force necessary to “open” the hinge is nearly impossible. The hinge has to be reset about every other day. The angle of the hinge isn't enough so the hinge doesn’t fold flat.

The result is the door no longer fits in the jamb. Sprung to open, not close.
