Pros and Cons

Pros3

This seems to have lengthened the time each strand lives. This supplement is great, but must consume after a full meal. I have problem not being able to absorb nutrients and once i tried these supplements it has helped me a lot!

Solaray zinc is easy because it is a modest - sized capsule. Easy to * with no after taste or stomach upset.

This is a great was to add extra zinc when it's removed from the acid blockers. This product meets those needs. They works great at a n affordable price!

Pros1

Great bang for buck. Depth perception also seems better. Not sure how long i'll be enjoying perfect vision.

Cons2

The nutricost brand is either not taurine, or there are some serious quality control problems happening. Caused intermittent diarrhea. Causes great digestive distress.

Either this is not taurine, or there are undisclosed fillers inside the capsule. Taurine is supposed to be water soluble at about 50 mg/ml.
