Started with slight headache, then nausea, then vomiting for an hour. I doubt if soap is good to ingest and i'm sure it's bad on our kidneys.

It really works, i take it nighttime and relieves the tiredness and “creepy” crawlers of my legs at bedtime. I take these pills and they relieve the pressure and pain.
