It has a the california prop 65 warning, which i did not feel was safe to use. The capsules are pretty thick also, so if you can't take thick pills, these are not for you.

It dissolves just fine in filtered water from the fridge. It takes a bit of stirring, but it'll eventually all dissolve. Add all of the above to a blender and blend with 1/2 to 1 cup of ice.
