The failure is the rechargible battery. The battery will not charge, it is defective.

The phone is faster than any app i have so the only noticable difference is things like updates where after it loads it runs the update. No issues w/ verizon. Sets up easily w/ either a physical or e sim.

The battery life is amazing. Battery lasts a lot longer now. The gen 2 is extremely nice for people like us who don't game and have good eyesight.

Bought at release and had immediate issues with data and wi-fi connectivity. It outputs sound a dismal volume, making phone calls nearly impossible - a primary function of a phone. Amazon has a great return policy tho.
