It's almost identical to the mic that came with the karaoke machine except it's pink. If this mic can survive our drunken karaoking escapades then it's pretty good! Doesn’t matter how hard ya turn up your volume, it still sounds good.

Shure sm 58 is the standard of the industry. It's also indestructible.

Sm58 is muddy, i. E. It is way too muddy. Could have also been a fake not sure. I'm returning the entire kit to amazon.

Whereas this mic that i bought here feels quite lightweight in comparison.
