The item is not what is pictured, its 2 flimsy rubber strips. They don't stay in place, crumbs and grease gets all over and under them when cooking. Won't buy again.

The plastic of the case itself is pretty sturdy. Comes with a screen protector. When fully assembled it gives the switch a solid and protected feel.

Case is crystal clear, snaps on easy and covers all important parts. Button covers fit well and haven’t fallen off compared to other ones. The * are cool.

There is no where on this amazon site for me to contact the seller about this. Would not recommend purchasing. Waste of money and super disappointing.
