The bulbs are too heavy for the arms to hold up. I have to clamp the base up higher and let the lights hang down. They are bright but i can't justify the expense for little bitty lights.

The light brightness is adjustable and the timer is great. If you order a 3 pack you can power all the from one supply or a one outlet.

A wast of money. Full spectrum means nothing. Buy with caution.

The black foam sticky tape used to adhere the lights to surfaces is flimsy. After the return window closes they one by one start falling off the shelves.
