It wirelessly connects to the soundbar and provides decent bass. Not only is this sub outstanding, the s60b bar it pairs with is equally impressive for the size. My sub is in the corner and can make it sound very different.
The arc has really good sound immersion and i'm not disputing that especially with the dolby atmos capability. That tells you how good the play bar is even with its limited technology and drawback drawbacks such as no bluetooth.
