When the qr code is scanned it continually loops and does not activate. It's extremely frustrating and i've tried every method online for fixing this issue.

This phone is supposed to be unlocked is sim locked so my verizon sim card is being rejected. The phone heats up very often and the battery drains very fast. Charge only lasts up to half a day when charged overnight.
