Everything was still banded in the original packaging. I was completely blown away.

I don't have any crackling of my sound at all it's crystal clear and it works every time i turn it on. It's the right size to fit under my samsung tv. I am 100% satisfied customer but everything i own is samsung. No complaint at all.
