The phone's hinge is very delicate and is highly susceptible to failure. Flip and fold phones are a fad. When charging either cord or wireless the unit get very hot. They approved a refund but only sent me 1 cent.

The s21 is a little more lightweight but performs just as well, if not better. The sound and display are pretty good and overall its fast. My only little complaint is the battery life.

Camera works great. Upgraded from my galaxy a32u, so impressed with the speed and clarity. The possibilities are now endless for me.

It really only has to dial a number and recieve a call but it does everything. If you're like me, not looking to refinance your home but want a decent easy to use phone, this is a great choice.
