Not a single scratch or physical defect anywhere on either of the phones. Fingerprint reader is good, battery life is okay.

I have this refurbished samsung phone for about two weeks now. It looks and works brand new. Device is unlocked.

Cosmetically this device is in near perfect condition. the build quality seems sturdy.

The phone is totally unusable on any network. Also disconnects from using data so i can't out when not in wifi range. I think the sim card slot is faulty as this doesn't happen when i put it in my old phone.

This is not factory unlocked, at least not the one i received from wcell. It's not even unlocked. Has bad software versions that won't even allow you to do a software update for the phone, even if you did have it on sprint.
