Seems brand new, refurbished (good) but what arrived was exelent. No marks or blemishes of any kind. No screen or body scratches. It works, no scratches.

Paid $200+ for a glorified brick. Returned item for refund. It's very annoying and dishonest practice.

It's like the battery connection is gone. Switched the sim card back to my old phone. Battery quit charging in less than 1 month.

Not a single scratch on it. There are a few minor nicks along the side edge near camera area which were not really noticeable from 12 inches away. Honestly the phone looks brand new.

Easy to use, easy transferring info. Fingerprint reader works perfect. User-friendly one ui.

All components were securely enclosed within the box. Using a samsung brand wireless charger from previous phone. The only quibble is it was delivered loose in the box.

All 3 camera lenses on the product were obscured with grime, dirt, water, visible from the outside and unable to take a clear photo. Camera lense has scratch. The charger given is not for this phone.

The seller is not compassionate and doesn't care about my concerns. Obviously not inspected as advertised. This phone isn't much better.

I have asked respectfully for a refund or exchange, however seller wants to enforce their warranty policy instead of making a customer satisfied. Condition was supposed to be excellent, but was unusable.
