Product is innacurate, phone is broken and not like new. No wi-fi calling. The sellers advertisement on amazon is not accurate.

Phone works fine with a good battery life.

After just 2 months the phone started doing ghost inputs that render typing impossible. The phone to be returned must be picked up at the delivery address. Then there is a transit delay plus time needed to receive the phone into the renewal center.

Phone isn’t compatible. Can't send or receive text messages to or from any other phone unless its an iphone. Going back to android. The phone has no capability for them.

Renewed premium supposedly guarantees that there is a multi-point' inspection of at least 12 different iphone features. This is despite me paying more for amazon premium renewed. Advertised as renewed premium.

Youtube have a million solutions but none of them worked. Amazon tech support, apple, and my service provider all have no clue how to fix.
