This is a renewed device which has no blemishes or defects. Older model, works like new. No other issues other than face recognition.

Back cover fittings are bent. It's not unlocked. Has no up to date options.

Has worked flawlessly since. Msg the seller about the issue, they send me new one this one seem to work fine. If you got to have the newest of the new all the time and like being locked in to a company every 2 years go for it i say!

Charging is super fast and easy with the wireless charger i bought from amazon. The phone runs smoothly withno issues and charges fully. No complaints so far. Couldn't be happier.

The company sells via third party companies and you will not communicate with the company listed on the website. Time wasted on sending back and finding a non-amazon seller and getting a great phone.
