Phone is scratched up and dirty. Could not connect to wi-fi or activate device. There was no pin shipped to remove the sim card holder. Amazon knows this phone is unlocked and doesn't fix the advertising to make it more clear.
Has worked flawlessly since. Didn't have a scratch either on the back or on the screen. No issue with the battery(so far). Definitely a reliable seller.
