I love the art, but it does not suggest the grit of dueling factions with an insurrection brewing underneath that obvious struggle. The mechanics are not complex but have sufficient nut-and-bolts to allow for good character differentiation.
Great multigenerational family game. Everyone from the 5 year old to grandparents enjoy it. Easy to play for 8 year old. As an aunt, it play it with my nephew. It is however a little more complex than dixit.
Stella is a new version of the popular dixit game. In stella, there are fifteen cards laid out in front of everyone and the game gives a clue, and you all secretly note which cards you think kinda match.
It is basically the same game; just some slight upgrade of components. It seems confusing at first but its not. The gameplay is a little bit more complicated with harder to follow instructions.
Cards are miscut. This means they stick out when you shuffle, and can't be mixed with other expansion. Maybe it's a supply issue, maybe it's just one or two bad batches.
