These chairs are attractive, comfortable, and well-priced. Very comfortable chair especially for the larger sized tall person. A little narrower than some adirondacks, fine for an average human.

Was a true step down. Then the holes were not all aligned. Was a long and frustrating process.

They are not flimsy by any means and are put together very well. They are really sturdy & comfortable. Very sturdy even on a slightly uneven lawn.

All you have to do is put them in the right position, install two polywood pieces and and a bolt on each arm, tighten and enjoy. High quality stainless steel bolts and nuts (2each) and 2 resin pegs are all that goes into the final assembly.

I truly believe the chairs are the answer to my outdoor seating problem. Have gotten several compliments on these chairs. Buy this and never wood or plastic chairs again.

All of the ss hardware remains bright and completely untarnished. The only thing i do is scrub them in the spring to get off any gunked on pollen or dirt. They work fine for our vacation home and we can store in shed when we leave.

Not only is the color exactly as advertised (sand), they are beautiful and extremely comfy! The colors are vibrant. They match the sunbrella red, as you can see from the cushions in the pic.

Customer service is non-existent. They are not responding to any new inquiries. I am not confident a replacement won't have similar issues.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the material itself, though, because it's horribly prone to mold. The following are my concerns.

You spend hours and the dirt and pollen is nearly impossible to remove. They falsely advertise that it is easy to clean. It's not that easy to remove with scrub brush and soap, as some have suggested.
