Lemon is very mild and now actually prefer it over the peppermint. The flavor is like minty clay and doesn't bother me at all. Subtel cinnamon flavor is the only flavor i’ve used.

The paste itself is a little stiffer than normal toothpaste. Using warm to brush your teeth helps to enhance the freshness of the brushing experience. This is the only toothpaste i will use and always by two at a time.

My dental hygienist is amazed at how well earthpaste cleans my teeth. After 6 months my teeth are visibly whiter and cleaner.

I just love this cinnamint flavor that really freshens breath and leaves a great clean taste in your mouth. The flavor is sort of minty but not the burning kind of mint. Even my super picky kiddos love the flavor!
