Contains cayenne so it was quite warm but used a bit of butter to coat * afterwards. Capsules are easy to *. I enjoy that the capsules are vegan as well!

Like every other herbal supplement, there is absolutely zero clinical or scientific evidence that ashwaghanda works at all. If you already suffer from tension headaches, i would stay far away from this product.
