The material is soft and doesn't rub on her skin. I use a harness to attach her leash rather that attach it to her collar which can hurt her neck.

I have a 6-month -old american bully and his neck girth is about 17. The leash length is adjustable/retractable. Fits my bully great.

The harness is marginally better than the leash. The sturdiness of the harness is questionable. No way to contact seller about the issue so it could be resolved.
