Device works very well and handles a fair amount of small debris along with water. Large discharge hose is a little cumbersome to work with but it does work well. Attach your water hose, turn on faucet, and suction is created.

You have to constantly reposition yourself and the hoses to try and suction from the edges of the pond. How one would even use this without attaching some type of handle or other suction tube is beyond me.

This fountain works great. It’s also programmable. This pump is well made and easy to setup. Easy to clean and maintain, ensuring that it remains in optimal condition over time.

Backwashing the water line with a water hose clears it out well. One of the nozzles is relatively safe to use on windy days.

The headline is a bit deceiving as i live in ohio. Unless you have direct sunlight this will not work. Contacted the company and didn't get any recourse.
