Device works very well and handles a fair amount of small debris along with water. Large discharge hose is a little cumbersome to work with but it does work well. Attach your water hose, turn on faucet, and suction is created.
You have to constantly reposition yourself and the hoses to try and suction from the edges of the pond. How one would even use this without attaching some type of handle or other suction tube is beyond me.
This solar bird bath charges quickly charges, even on an overcast day. It's a little on the weak side when the sun isn't out but in my experience, it still works on mildly overcast conditions. Video is straight from box to basin.

The bubbler moves the water around and makes a pleasant sound. Birds love it. It's very relaxing. The sound is also so calming!
The fountain barely spurts out any water. The motor just kind of spits. There is no water to spout out the sprinkler head.
