The psoas is a major contributor to hip flexion. I recommend this to anyone who is suffering with low back pain and hip tightness. I got this specifically to try out the hip flexor stretches, which may or may not be helpful, i am not sure.
As a plus size hairstylist my lower back alwaysssss hurts. I’m 35, have a blood cancer that weakens bones, and have had 6 fractured/herniated discs since 2020. On day three the pain was nearly gone.
For a chunk of plastic sounds a bit steep, but it works. When you consider all the prescriptions and pt i’ve paid for over the years, this thing has great value. Definitely not overpriced. While it is pricey, it's worth it.
I think it was worth the discomfort, as my back is feeling much better after a week of use. Definitely different than a traditional foam roller.
The pso rite is painful to use and i have found that using a lacrosse ball or yoga block is just as, if not more effective and less painful to release the psoas muscle. It tips over and is unnecessarily uncomfortable. Sorry but way overpriced.
The points on these are just what i needed. They're not sharp enough to be absolute painful but they're not exactly dull? I am 60 years old and my cellulite has exploded the past 3 years.
