It drys my hair quickly and leaves it looking great with shine. If you want an old fashioned style dryer this is great.

The noise reduction is a tremendous plus/change to a regular style cheaper buy that eventually that ends up costing the same $ to keep replacing over and over by the years. My hope is the lasting power of this blower.

There are only two speeds - super duper blow and super blow - there is no real setting for styling hair. High heat level is so hot that is scorches my skin. Less likely to pull hair into the motor.
