If you are looking for crispier pizza crusts then it is worth trying. Retained heat nicely and produced nice crispy crusts. Just need to find tune my dough for easier launching.

This unit is very well made, arrives seasoned and works great. Maintenance and cleaning is the same as a cast iron pan. This is a quality product that you will have for a lifetime and will likely hand down like is done with cast iron cookware.

Will use when camping with my bbq and my pizza oven with replaceable stone. If you like using a closed pot to bake, get a large terracotta pot and use it as the top. This heats up quicker, keeps the heat longer.

Pros1

Aluminum is one of the better metals to use as a pizza pan. It's not only light weight, it conducts the oven heat very well. It came flawless and shiny. Fits in a standard oven too.

Cons1

They only bevel up 3/8 and a lot less of the pan is beveled. Looks like they played frisbee with it prior to shipping.
