Easy to * and taste is very minimal. High potency is getting harder to verify. While they don't make you sleepy, they help you fall asleep and stay asleep - go figure.

This product is reasonably priced. It works very well. Thats a 24 hr job!

The blend has everything in it but the kitchen sink for keeping blood sugar in check. Funny thing is- is that i didn't realize how much my blood sugar ups and downs were effecting my mood! Nothing to dislike about this product.
